Buy your reagents from us and the renewal is free. Order ₹60,000 of reagents through the marketplace in a year and the ₹1,200 renewal is waived. We are reagent and equipment suppliers first — the software is priced the way it is so that you buy your reagents here.
All prices include GST. Marketplace credit applies to orders over ₹5,000 and is valid for six months. Subscriptions activate within two hours of payment.

Questions
No. Windows shows that message for any new software until it has been downloaded a very large number of times, and LabScope is not yet at that number. Click More info, then Run anyway, and the installation continues normally.
If you would rather not do it alone, call 0171 4525101 and we will install it with you on the phone. It takes about two minutes.
On your own computer. Patient records, reports and billing stay in your machine and are not held on anyone else's server. LabScope connects to the internet to activate your licence and to check it from time to time — the daily work runs whether the connection is there or not.
Many do, and that is the feature worth having — results arrive in the software instead of being typed twice. But every analyser writes its results differently, so send us the make and model and we will confirm before you buy rather than after.
Not yet. Today one lab runs on one computer. Support for a second machine is being built, and labs already using LabScope will get it as a normal update at no extra cost.
They remain yours. Every report you have already issued can be opened, searched, reprinted and exported for as long as you keep the software installed — renewal or no renewal. A lab must never lose access to records issued under its own name.
What stops is new work: entering new patients and releasing new reports waits until the renewal is paid.
No. Start with the patients who walk in today. Your old registers can stay exactly as they are — nothing needs to be copied across before you begin.
We do, on the day of installation, remotely from Ambala. If someone new joins later, call and we will train them again at no charge.
